Loyalz ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you use the Loyalz mobile application ("App").
By using Loyalz, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Encryption everywhere
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, keeping chats and memories private.
Access control
Only you and your partner can view shared memories; admins access is limited to maintenance.
Minimal collection
We collect only what’s needed: login, partner connect, and content you upload.
Deletion honored
When you delete your account, media and chats are purged from our servers.

a) Personal Information
- Phone number (if used for login or partner connection)
- Connection code (if used instead of phone number)
- Profile details you choose to upload (name, image, etc.)
b) Messages & Memories
- Chats, images, audio, videos, and memories you upload.
- All content is stored securely on encrypted servers.
c) Device Information
- Device type, model, OS version
- IP address and app usage analytics
d) Permissions We Use
- Camera
- Photos / Storage
- Notifications
- Internet Access
We ask only what is required for app functionality.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Create and manage your Loyalz account
- Enable chat and connection with your partner
- Store memories privately for your account
- Improve app performance, security, and experience
- Provide customer support
3. Data Security
We use industry-standard security such as:
- Encrypted databases
- Secure firewalls
- Limited developer/admin access
- Secure hosting servers (Google Cloud / Hetzner)
Your chats and memories are private between you and your partner.
We never sell, share, or use your data for ads.
4. Location Data
Loyalz may collect and process location data when users enable the location sharing feature.
How Location Data is Used
Location data is used solely to:
- Allow connected partners to view each other's live location inside the app
- Improve location accuracy and service functionality

- Is shared only between connected partners within the app
- Is not sold to third parties
- Is not shared with advertisers
- Is stored securely using encrypted cloud services (such as Firebase or secure cloud servers)
Your Control Over Location Sharing
Users have full control over location sharing and can:
- Enable or disable location sharing at any time from within the app
- Revoke location permissions from their device settings
- Location data is only accessed with the user's permission
5. Who Can Access Your Data

- Your connected partner
- Authorized system administrators (for maintenance only)
No third party receives your personal or chat data.
6. Data Retention
Your data is stored as long as:
- Your Loyalz account is active
- You do not request deletion
If you delete your account, all data (messages, media, memories) is permanently erased from our servers.
7. Children's Privacy
Loyalz is not intended for individuals under 18 years.
8. Third-Party Services
We may use:
- Firebase Authentication
- Cloud Storage (Google Cloud / Hetzner)
- Analytics tools
These services follow strict security and privacy standards.
9. Your Rights
You can request to:
Account Deletion Process
15-Day Deletion Grace Period:
- When you request account deletion, we provide a 15-day waiting period.
- During these 15 days, you can log in and cancel the deletion request anytime.
- After 15 days, your account and all associated data (messages, memories, media) will be permanently deleted from our servers.
- This data cannot be recovered after deletion is completed.
This 15-day period is designed to protect you in case of accidental deletion requests.
