Welcome to Loyalz. By using this app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Fair use
Keep Loyalz respectful—no harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
Ownership
Your chats and media remain yours; we don’t sell or share them.
Transparency
Pricing (if any) is communicated with notice; no hidden fees.
Account control
Delete your account anytime; we erase your data from our servers.
1. Use of the App
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
- You must not use Loyalz for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activity within your account.
- You must not impersonate others or create fake accounts.
3. Partner Connection
Loyalz allows users to connect with a partner using:
- Phone number OR
- Connection code
You are responsible for ensuring the number or code you enter belongs to the correct person.
4. User Content
- All chats, media, and memories remain your property.
- You must not upload harmful, violent, or illegal content.
- You can delete your content anytime.
5. Data Storage & Security
- We store your data securely using trusted cloud providers.
- However, no system is 100% risk-free.
- You agree to use the app at your own responsibility.
6. Subscription (If applicable)
If paid features exist:
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Prices may change with notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Loyalz is not responsible for:
- Loss of data due to accidental issues
- Misuse of your account by someone you shared your password with
- Any relationship or personal issues between partners
8. Account Termination
We may suspend accounts that:
- Violate the policy
- Upload illegal/harmful content
- Misuse partner data
Deletion Request Details
How to Delete Your Account:
- Log in to your Loyalz account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Click "Request Account Deletion"
- You will see your scheduled deletion date (15 days from request)
The 15-Day Cancellation Window:
- After submitting a deletion request, you have 15 days to cancel.
- Log in during this period to access the cancellation option.
- After 15 days pass, automatic deletion will occur and cannot be stopped.
What Gets Deleted:
- Your account profile and credentials
- All messages and chats with your partner
- All memories and attachments
- All personal data linked to your account
⚠️ This action is permanent and irreversible. Ensure you have backed up any important data before the 15-day period expires.
